On Friday evening, February 26th, Lattitude Restaurant and Events was host to a wine tasting fundraiser to benefit Survivor Journeys – a community-based support network of professionals from diverse clinical and community backgrounds dedicated to providing cancer survivors, caregivers and loved ones unique survivorship services in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Ruby Wines, Inc. was on hand to talk about the six different wines they provided for the evening – including guest favorites such as Badenhorst Chenin Blanc from South Africa and Bertani Valpolicella from Italy.
Chef Daigneau’s menu concept was built using different variations of tastes and creativity designed to compliment the wines. Taking cues from all over the globe, Chef and his team went to work on these delicious treats for the evening:
